Introduction

What personal data do we collect and process?

If you apply for a vacancy, we will collect information from you to process your application. Personal information collected by us includes your name, email address, telephone number and other contact details and SIA licence details (if applicable). If you are successful, further information will be collected including employment, educational and unemployment history, proof of identity, credit check results and criminal record check results. We use the contact details of individual employees of customers to contact them about the work we are doing for them or the work they are doing for us. We have a legitimate interest to process this information in order to keep doing business. This data will generally be corporate contact details.

We will use these contact details to send information about other products and services from time to time, but you will always have the option of telling us not to contact you in this way. Who do we share your personal data with?

We may share your personal information with any subsidiaries of CB Protection Limited as appropriate in order to respond to your queries or requests.

We may pass your data on to third-party service providers contracted by CB Protection in the course of dealing with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and only use them to undertake a service on behalf of CB Protection. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of it in line with our procedures. If we wish to pass your sensitive data on to a third party, we will only do so once we have obtained your consent, unless we are legally required to do so otherwise.
